So here we are again in lockdown to help reduce the number of cases of the virus in an attempt to reduce the impact and eventually allow normality ( whatever that is ) to resume in everyday life.
2020 will be remembered for a very long time, unfortunately for most people it will not be a fond memory. The Chinese curse ' May you live in interesting times' springs to mind.
I am very lucky in where we live in the Aude in the South of France. La Forge is a small hamlet with 7 properties and only three of them including ours are permanently lived in. The hamlet is set back off the road amongst farmers fields but within walking distance of the village of Ste Colombe sur L'Hers with its shop for emergency food and essential purchases and so it is very quiet and my daily walks are relaxing.
This page is a photographic diary of a Natural History Photographer, it will feature images from my walks. One image a day taken on the day of each walk.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them. Please do leave comments on my facebook page if you like
